Snug fit with less water entry, enhancing warmth and performance. They allow greater flexibility in the back and shoulders for activities like paddling. The zipper placement reduces pressure on the spine, adding to overall comfort.

Backzip

Easier to put on and take off, requiring less flexibility. They offer greater comfort by keeping the chest area unrestricted and free of pressure points. Additional protection pads at shins & detachable leg loops to prevent water from rushing into the suit.

Recycled graphene thermo lining with green pattern

Graphene_Plush 2.0

Graphene is an impossibly light, strong and heat-conducting material. The result of incorporating it into our thermo lining is up to 20% more warmth compared to ION‘s Plasma_Plush 2.0 lining. Made from reycled fabrics, Graphene_Plush 2.0 guarantees an incredible drying time for your wetsuit, making sure it‘s always nice and comfy.

Hot_stuff 3.0

The Hot_Stuff 3.0 comes with a plushier feel due to larger loops that trap more air for heat insulation. Made from recycled Nylon, it is the stretchiest thermo lining in ION's entire range.

Silk_Stuff 2.0

Smooth inside lining made from recycled fabrics for a comfortable for a comfortable feeling on bare skin. Despite ist snuggly appearance, it proves to be really hardcore when it comes to the interior‘s superb flexibility.

Recycled Max_Flex

The pinnacle of our outside linings is now made from 100% recycled materials. In addition to its outstanding flexibility, it doesn't absorb water; instead, it disperses it through tiny channels. This enhances water evaporation and shortens drying time.

Natural rubber

100% neoprene free rubber sourced from oystershell powder, soybeen oil and eco-carbon black.

Oystershell powder

We use biocalcium oxide powder from discarded seashells to partially replace the limestone in our neoprene.

Japanese-sourced limestone replaces petrochemicals in our neoprene. The all-natural material is non-toxic & chemical-free.

eco-carbon black

The main ingredient of our neoprene is pyrolized from scrab rubber tires, giving them a second life-time. This reduces energy consumption significantly and cuts CO2 emissions by 200g per wetsuit.

Dope-dye

Dope-dying Yarn infuses dye pigments into molten plastic solution to produce coloured yarns without the dyeing process. This saves tremendous amounts of water while reducing energy consumption and water pollution.

AQUA-ALPHA

Aqua-a™ is a solvent-free and completely water-based glue, which protects the health of workers at the factory. This also means less chemicals are released into the environment during production & use.
